Our Consumer Credit Counseling Services (CCCS) agency's credit counselors will work with you one-on-one to identify financial problems, find ways to resolve them, make recommendations, and get you back on track. You will be assigned a personal credit counselor who will work directly with you, counseling you on financial services and also suggesting outside referral agencies, such as WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) or social services, if appropriate. Our goal is to teach you how to make wise financial decisions for your future and develop a debt management plan that is specific (living within your means using a household budget) but also includes both short and long-term goals.
